Homeward Bound Program

Homeward Bound is a cooperative program between local law enforcement agencies, Miller’s Place, and SEAPA.

Homeward Bound is a senior identification program that provides added assurance and safety to the senior living alone, or one who may become confused on a trip to the grocery store or during a stroll through the neighborhood.
