The Ombudsman Program advocates for the quality of life and quality of care for residents in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and board and care homes.  The Ombudsman Program includes the following services:

• Mediator

• Broker among agencies
• Witness power of attorney for health care issues
• Witness property transfers between residents and staff
