Once every four years the Stanislaus County Department of Aging & Veterans Services is mandated to open the Older American Act Programs to a competitive bid process. We follow the Request for Proposal (RFP) procedure. The RFP for the following programs in the fiscal year 2010/2011 were awarded as follows:
